Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Performance QA Tester with strong hands-on expertise in performance testing using NeoLoad and knowledge of test automation using Playwright. The candidate will be responsible for validating application performance, identifying bottlenecks, and ensuring application reliability, scalability, and responsiveness.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and execute performance test scripts using NeoLoad.
• Perform load, stress, endurance, spike, and scalability testing.
• Analyze performance test results, identify bottlenecks, and recommend optimization strategies.
• Develop and maintain automated test scripts using Playwright.
• Perform API, web application, and end-to-end testing as required.
• Define test scenarios, workload models, test data, and performance benchmarks.
• Collaborate with development, QA, and DevOps teams to troubleshoot performance issues.
• Integrate performance and automation tests into CI/CD pipelines.
• Prepare performance test reports, document defects, and communicate findings to stakeholders.
• Monitor response times, throughput, concurrent users, and system resource utilization.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience with NeoLoad for performance testing.
• Knowledge of Playwright for web application test automation.
• Strong understanding of performance testing methodologies and testing best practices.
• Experience with API testing, REST services, HTTP/HTTPS protocols, and web application architecture.
• Ability to analyze test results and identify application performance issues.
• Familiarity with JavaScript or TypeScript for test automation is preferred.
• Knowledge of SQL, defect tracking tools such as Jira, and test management processes.
• Good analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with performance monitoring tools such as Dynatrace, AppDynamics, or Grafana.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and Agile methodologies.
• Exposure to cloud environments, distributed systems, and database performance analysis.

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in QA and software testing.
• Strong practical experience in performance testing using NeoLoad.
• Knowledge of Playwright automation.
